Swimming

Swimming lessons take place in splashworld in Tramore. Each session usually runs for 6 or 7 weeks. Sessions usually run with the school calendar.

Booking is essential for this activity as it is the most popular activity we run.

 

Workshops

We run various workshops throughout the year which include personal development, transition to secondary school, play and social workshop and stress and anxiety workshop.

 

Runamuck/Megabounce

We book Runamuck or Megabounce several times during the year. This event is open to the whole family. The cost is 5 euro per child including food

Youth Club & Siblings Workshops

Siblings club runs once a month on Thursday from 6-7pm in St John’s College, The Folly. All siblings 7+ are welcome. €30 pay up front for the 6 sessions as we expect siblings to attend monthly as each week we cover an important topic within the group which is then followed by fun games.

Youth club runs every Thursday 7-8pm €5 pay as you go. St John’s College, The Folly. For ages 12+. Youth club for 8-11 year olds also runs every Thursday 6.45-7.45pm  €5 pay as you go. St John’s College, The Folly.

Horse Riding – Kilotteran Equitation Centre

Takes place each Saturday from 4-5 pm  – 2 Sessions 4-4.30pm & 4.30-5pm. €10 per session.

Annual BBQ

Every year we host a BBQ in Jack Meades to celebrate the end of the school year.

Annual Funday

Every year we host a back to school funday for our members and their families.

Art Classes

 we run weekly art classes with ‘Crafts by Moll’. The children learn to express themselves and develop their imaginations.
Cookery
We run weekly cookery classes for children 8 and over. These classes teach children great life skills.
Surfing
During the summer we run surfing classes for our members where they learn to balance and control the surf board and enjoy the water.
 Christmas
We try to make Christmas a little easier by facilitating our members to attend the sensory showing of the Waterford panto. We also organise an autism Santa for all our members.
